Privacy Policy
Sheriff Liz · Last updated August 4, 2026
Sheriff Liz is a logic-deduction puzzle game built and maintained by a single independent developer. This policy explains, plainly, what happens with your data — which is very little.
No account, no data collection
Sheriff Liz does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. The app does not collect, process, or share any personal data, and it does not connect to any server.
Everything stays on your device
Your solved cases, your streak, your statistics, and your settings are stored only in local storage on your own device. None of it is ever transmitted anywhere, backed up to a server we operate, or visible to us in any way.
No tracking, no advertising
- No analytics or usage-tracking tools
- No advertising or ad networks
- No third-party SDKs that collect data
- No cookies (web version) beyond what's strictly needed to run the page
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature required network access — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
